Its my party and i cry if want to..
I know now that a few of my cellgroup members are reading my blog! Or should i say, some "curious" cellgroup members.. haha
Anyway, if people choose to read my entries, then it would be great.. Cos some entries are really meant to be read by people.. Just like the entry about my ex cellgroup member who has a retarded friendster profile, or the entry about the leaders in my zone.. It may seem kinda evil to write about these kinds of stuff, but i kinda feel everyone has their own opinions and not everyone will agree with mine.. So heck la!
So my birthday is coming soon.. Next Tuesday.. FYI, i share the same birthday wif my brother.. Amazing how my mum could have plan our birth dates on the same day even though its at different years.. My cg celebrate my birthday, something which i feel quite guilty about.. Cos i dun really want my cg to celebrate cos i dun wanna give cg fund.. But i guess since they did celebrate, im gonna give after all..
This year, celebrating birthday with my cg is weird cos i dun even know 9/10 of my cellgroup members.. Prob the only person i really know that was there to celebrate was celine and abel.. Haha.. But i still felt blessed.. THey got me an adidas shirt.. The kind for soccer/sports, with the beckham logo on it.. But the sad thing is, its a tight fit for me, and no body wears tight fit when they play soccer.. So, prob gonna pass it on to my brother to put it to good use.. And may i add that the birthday card they gave me this year was just simply fantastic.. Each individual wrote on a guitar shape card.. Nice!
Truely saying, i never had much luck with cg gifts.. I dont remember any cg gifts that i am currently still using or used.. But i do remember the ones that i rejected or just couldnt use.. I could think of two at the back of my mind now.. One is when eric bought for me a school shoe during some exchange gift thing.. It wasnt really my fault.. I needed a school shoe, but i already bought a new one before he bought.. Den in de end i gave the shoe to jx cos he needed it.. Good friend right.. But i know Eric wasnt too happy about it, cos buy for me den give to ppl, might as well dun buy.. haha.. Whatever!
Nxt was my birthday last year or two years back.. Celine bought it.. Bought a Goldlion polo tee.. Bad enuf she chose an uncle brand.. Bad enuf i also look abit uncle.. Its even worse when she choose the pattern and colour is damm uncle.. Its really like what my grandpa would have worn.. I give my bro, he also dun want.. Totally wasted present.. Too bad my grandpa not around, if not i sure give him.. Now, its just hanging in my bro cupboard, waiting to vanish into thin air.. haha..
One thing is that Cg gifts are cheap.. They have a budget.. Kinda makes it "hard to use" if u ask me.. I feel vouchers are great gifts for cg gfits.. Some find it too informal, but i find it damm practical.. Imagine u eyeing this Topman shirt for very long.. But it cost $59.. Den ur cg got u a Topman shirt which u were not eyeing for $30.. you definitely would wished they had just given u a $30 topman voucher so that u can get the top you want.. Lets face it, now a good quality shirt cost at least $40-$50.. The most a cg budget could go is like what, $30? I tink you get a $30 budget, you are damm fortunate already..
Another thing is my size.. No one can figure out my size at their first attempt one.. A few would think i wear a M size, most would think i am a L size, one or two geniuses would know i am a XL size.. But of cos, depends on cutting also.. I have a harley davidson shirt which is M, most of my shirts are L, my topman shirts are XL, and i think i really need a XXL for my topman plain tees.. That is how diff it is to get a shirt for me.. My cg got a XL adidas shirt and still tight fit.. Damm hard to find my size i tell you..
That is why, i must follow yi chun if she wants to get a shirt for me.. You cannot ever surprise me a present which is a shirt, cos half the time, it wun fit me.. So after going for a beverage survey today, den went to go get my birthday present! YAY!! FYI, the beverage survey was on georgia coffee.. I had to taste it, den rate it, and i still get money for it.. haha.. $24 for just 20mins.. SONG BO!!
So, darling wanted to get me a polo ralph polo tee.. BUT, swuay swuay their black plain polo tee, the one with the small red logo has been changed to a purple one.. I was like, gross, no way am i gonna buy it.. Was kinda disappointed cos the last few small red logos dun have my size.. All the new pieces had the purple logos.. In de end, i got myself a black lacoste polo Tee.. Come to think of it, it isnt that bad also, kinda like the lacoste logo also.. haha.. Plus, its cheaper than polo ralph.. haha..
Den darling wanted to get me Hagan Daz Ice cream cake.. BUt it cost $80 for 1kg and $120 for 1.5kg.. Thats equivalent to a affliction tee and a polo ralph polo tee.. Its madness la! I told her no point getting also, why pay so much for a cake?? Really no point.. Maybe for my 21birthday den can consider.. haha..
Finally hitting the No. 2 liao.. 20 already le.. Look at Cristiano Ronaldo, a few years my senior and earning what, like $100,000 a week? And not in Sing sumore, in Pounds le.. What the heck man.. Over here still earning peanuts.. Pay rise of $0.50/hr also happy liao.. hiaz.. Life is unfair..

And today i am gonna talk about relationship.. I know some of you out there wish that i would speak about point number 4., but i'm sorry to disappoint you, but im speaking about number 1.
The condition or fact of being related, in short, having a connection..
One of the most amazing words in the dictionary, the meaning is simple but yet it varies on different people. A relationship between couple A would most unlikely be similar to a relationship between couple B.
Just as how i do not like my girlfriend to be late, but to jian xiang, it doesnt bother him that much if his gf is late..
Each of us is unique in their own ways, habits, upbringing, preferences and etc.. No body is totally similar to each other, not even twins.. So when you look at the bigger picture, two unique and different people, coming together as one, it almost seems like a miracle..
When two people come together, they forsake their "baby" mindset.. As a baby, you learn that a square peg must fit through a square hole.. But when you grow up, you realise, thats not the same as relationships.. You cant say you found a 100% similar person as a partner.. But what makes relationships a miracle?
It is that despite not being similar, we compromise for them and we accept them for who they are.. You know they are wrong at times, but you'll still accept them..
I never quite agreed on why the church would strongly prevent youths from getting into one.. After all, life is a journey.. Relationships are part of the lessons in life, so why prevent people from learning..
So thats my intro for today.. HAHA!!
The reason why i spoke about this topic cos it just keeps appearing infront of me.. Like how Jx and Jess is different from Me n Yi Chun.. Like how Yanping wishes to have a Bf that is not Singaporean cos she believes that most Singaporean men are wishy washy and a miser.. And how Mildred totally agrees with her sumore..
So i had to talk about it.. Cos i wanna emphasize that not ALL Singaporean men are wishy washy and a miser.. If all you ever encounter are these kind of men, then there's only one word for you, SWUAY! haha.. And yes, our foreign counterparts are more open, more daring, more charismatic and may i add, more "HARDCORE" also.. haha.. But for all you know, their bad points could be worse than Singaporean men!
Okay.. anyway.. THat all happened at yst's "JX farewell party".. haha.. There were quite a few laughs on "insist" and "scrape".. SCRAPE!!! LOL!!! I gotta say, it was a good time yst.. Even aft that when me chit yong and hp slack downstairs.. It was all good..
Btw, i know the intro part was kinda lame, i anyhow type some rubbish one.. haha

Weight lifting thingys..
FINALLY!!!
Went to the gym today!! Can open champagne already!
At first, I tot the gym was still at Tampines Sports hall.. But now it has shifted to the 2nd level of the swimming complex.. I am damm outdated.. Looks brand new.. The aircon is cold, the equipments are all right.. No rusty equipment that "creeks" all the time.. For just $2.50 per entry, i say its kinda good.. Plus if you're 17 and below, you pay only $1.50..
At first we tot, 17yrs and below go gym for what?? Den when we went in, we saw a handful of secondary school students.. Interesting huh.. SOme even from St hilda's.. So, we were just discussing, so young only go gym, we last time go like tat meh?? Nope.. Only workouts are the hours of soccer that we played after school daily.. Who needs gym?? haha..
Den there was ngee ann sec i think.. Or some sec skool la, their whole basketball team came to the gym with their coach to use.. We were like, your own school no gym meh?? No link one..
We went gym at 2pm.. ANd the irritating thing was, when we reached there, we saw a sign "LADIES GYM - 2 to 4pm".. WA SIAN!! Only woman can go in.. Damm shit la.. And its not as if there were alot of woman inside also.. Sumore we met at the start of it! In de end, follow leslie go eat first.. Slack awhile den go back.. So aft tat, it was 2 hours of gym!! 2 hrs!!! SONG SONG SONG!!
Tried almost all the equipment.. From the dumbells to cycling machine, to some pulling machine thing, to some lift weights thingy.. Wait, everything there is almost lift weights thingy.. haha.. Anyway, it was good.. FInally some exercise..
Up nxt, wed swimming.. Gonna try the new swimming facilities.. Healthy lifestyle people!!

YOU'RE FIRED!!
Okay.. I was "fired" from work.. So what?? Do i look like i am gonna go thru an emotional breakdown right this instance?? Hell no!
This is what happened..
Today morning, woke up really late cos i was damm tired due to the late night chat wif lucas and leslie (read previous post).. Woke up at 830am, which was suppose to be the start of work.. I was too sian and tired to go work, so i msg stan to tell him i am not coming!
When i woke up briefly, stan msg me to ask me if my last day was tomorrow.. I was like "huh??" Cos i end my contract the same day with stan, and i talked to him a few days back only that our last day was nxt fri.. So how could he forget that my last day is not tomorrow?? So i just replied, nope, its nxt fri.. And soon, fell asleep again..
This time, when i really woke up, stan told me that i was being released by my manager and i am ending work tml instead of nxt fri.. The reason being, she found a new worker and i aint exactly a model worker.. BUT!!
Stan believes that my manager called my agent to terminate my contract this week, but what my manager told stan was that I, ME, called my agent to terminate my contract early.. So that was why stan had to ask me if i ending tomorrow, just to double confirm what my manager said.. BEST rite..
My manager is the kind that will act like she very concern for you, but really, everyone in da company can see her true colours.. Except the CEO who until now hasnt sack her for whatever reason..
But i count it as a blessing in disguise, cos i really wanted to stop work, i really wanted to rest.. Spend some time doing the things i want, the NS mood din make work any easier.. So i am free!! YES LA!!

Finalising the details on when we gonna start going to gym and whether sat soccer should continue.. GOnna start gym on 30july!! The plan is every mon and fri we are gonna go tampines sports hall gym.. Prob around early afternoon.. Den on wed, we are going swimming.. BEST!! haha.. If i am doing it alone, i confirm wun have motivation to do it faithfully, but wif a grp of friends, shld be rather okay rite.. SET LIAO LO!!
As for sat soccer, my guess is that it will be cancelled soon.. Not enuf committed ppl to play every week.. Sum have gone NS, and some still in NS while some waiting to go NS, but dun want to appreciate the soccer times.. Hiaz.. What to do?? From a team of young enthusiast that just graduate from Secondary School that could wake up 5am to play a soccer match at bendermeer road, to a bunch of lazy bums that wun even make it for soccer 9am at tampines.. HIAZ.. We see this week how den make the final judgement!!
Got to stop talking to them soon.. I got work tml!!! Now kanna say from my boss liao la.. "You everyday come late ah!".. AH!! Who cares! I gonna end work nxt fri liao.. I also dun 1 2 come work anymore sia.. Nxt fri.. just a few more days only!! I can smell freedom soon!! haha..

From a team of young enthusiast that just graduate from Secondary School that could wake up 5am to play a soccer match at bendermeer road, to a bunch of lazy bums that wun even make it for soccer 9am at tampines.. HIAZ.. We see this week how den make the final judgement!!
Got to stop talking to them soon.. I got work tml!!! Now kanna say from my boss liao la.. "You everyday come late ah!".. AH!! Who cares! I gonna end work nxt fri liao.. I also dun 1 2 come work anymore sia.. Nxt fri.. just a few more days only!! I can smell freedom soon!! haha..

NS mood...
I'm in the going NS mood.. Another batch of friends enlisting in this week.. It almost felt like i am going in.. Cant imagine it happening to me.. All the diff advises.. Enjoy life NOW!! Do everything you wanna do NOW!! It makes me wanna quit my job right NOW too.. Damm!! But i guess one whole month of doing whatever i want is sufficient already.. I gotta go plan out the things to do man!
Well one thing is for sure is that i wanna go gym!! And i've already ask stan to go with me after our contract ends.. I figured that my house is too unsafe even for some jogging in case i see those KTs again.. So why not go gym in school?? Its near plus free!! The only bad thing, which applies to all gyms is that steriod freaks are always in gyms.. Kinda hate it, makes u feel inferior man.. Guys can identify wif me on this.. Its like these steriod guys whole life is just gym gym and gym.. Damm!! The most impt thing, is to get somebody to go with you, at least got some motivation.. If not i doubt i'll ever go alone.. So weird..

I just want to complain LEH..
Time for an update...
Was talking to celine about leadership in our zone after cg last week.. I have no faith and respect for our leaders in our zone.. yes.. its true.. prob there are one or two who deserves my respect, or some which i have never been under before, but most of those that i have talked to or led me before don't deserve my respect.. Okay, maybe deserve my respect sounds alittle wrong, maybe they think that they don't need my respect also.. I shall put it simply as I refuse to respect them..
Why??
Some seemed to despised and judged me, some seemed so "fake" and the rest are just bad.. But the thing is that we should not question or judge authority, whats more, its God authority.. I mean even if they made a mistake, its only human, they have weaknesses also.. Shouldnt i try to understand them since I myself ain't perfect?? At the same time, since they took up the title of leadership, they should bear the responsibilities also right?? Just like what Pastor Kong said, good leadership brings the people forward, bad leadership bring the people backward.. Or like how Donald Trump always tell those leaders who complain about members who can't seem to cooperate with the whole team and cause the team to lose, "you are the leader, you solve the problem".. So could i really be blamed if the bad leadership in my zone comes under my wrath?? I hope not..
First, about the one who sorta despied me.. I cant exactly give an exact description of her expression or meaning of why she did it.. But when i went to visit my helper at the hospital with darling, some leaders were there.. And she gave a sorta like a "despised" kinda face when we said hello to my helper.. I saw it at the corner of my eye.. Kinda surprised when i saw it, cos she was a leader i respected.. So why must like tat to me?? Just cos me and darling were not blessed by Ian den must look down on my r/s?? Just cos you are married?? The only reason you people din bless is cos you all felt we were too young and prob other minor issues.. If only you all could look through the age problem and see our seriousness in our relationship, cos we are definitely not a 3 or 4 month relationship kinda person.. i tend to ignore tat leader now already.. Im not the only one who think she's changed.. What more could i say??
Secondly, to the leaders that seemed so fake.. Prob only when you have a car den they come friendly with you so that they could get a lift, if not, you see them in church, they also wont say hi.. Why?? Too stuck up ah?? Must give you a "bro so and so" or "sis so and so" greeting den u will greet back ah?? Its even worse if another leader complain to your leader when you din greet that leader!! True story.. but it happened to some one else.. This member never greet that leader, then that leader go complain to the member's leader! WTH!! BEST right! And the ultimate worse, this happened on me, is they complain about us booing other oppositions at emerge competition.. BEST!! Accuse us of something that we did not even do.. Not even close to booing please!
Thirdly, to those leaders who are just plain BAD! Either character wise or leadership wise.. My ex leader is one such person.. What he did to some ex members, i shall not say, its not very nice to say it out.. Its just bad.. All i can say is, he has a act holy side and a really bad side.. U noe movies that are like tat, ppl who often seem so nice but very evil inside, just think along that line.. Then there are those wif bad leadership skills.. My gf's leader is one.. If you want to know what he does, den go read my gf's blog.. I also dont want to comment much also.. but just bad leadership, the kind that pastor kong speaks about, bad leadership bring the people backward.. And my gf leader still can call me a "stone" for being too stubborn.. I think he is the one who is stubborn, stubborn to not do anything to help the cg grow..
Fourth, to the boss of the bosses who always seems so busy.. I mean i totally can understand his plight, dad went to hospital and stuff, wife having difficult first baby and stuff, totally understand and can sympathise him.. But what i hate, is that he keeps making empty promises.. He always announce to the cg he will do this and that.. Say my cg will not disband, he want to make it da so called "foundation" cg which he will personally lead, but not my cg disbanded.. You dont do this kinda stuff.. If you cannot do it, just say, and explain your actions.. Dont say it despite knowing your limitations then not doing any of those you said.. Its just bad.. How can a zone supervisor say so many words that dont carry any weight, how can members trust him?? What more the leaders??
Lastly, to Bro Kel whom i really respect.. Although i was under him for awhile, he showed me enough understanding and respected me as a young adult, and i really respect him.. Yes, he has a bad side of being too hard on members that don't listen to him.. But its really the members fault if you ask me.. I know of 2 members that suffer his wrath and i know that 2 members was really kinda bad.. I may not know all of his bad points, but at least he is a very sincere and understanding leader.. Now, my current leader Timothy is not that bad also.. I got to agree Timothy is kinda slack on the discipline side, but at least he don't force and tries to understand..
I hate leaders that force people now.. Yes, at times people need some pushing so that they can move forward, but some leaders really just force, either that, they make you feel so guilty that you just have to do it.. Den they give you the "you are not doing for me but God" crap.. As a helper before, leaders always bullshit, sumtimes they really want numbers.. SUMTIMES.. They will come to you and say "eh cannot la.. this week service too low liao.. Can you get those that dont want to come to come? Can you make it happen??" There is a fine line between forcing and encouraging..
Encouraging is like " hey i heard you not coming today.. Soccer is it?? Why dont you play another day?? Maybe tml?? Cannot?? Or i play with you some other days?? Service is gonna be very good and stuff.. im sure you won't regret it if you come.. You want to think about it?? Thats okay, tell me your answer k?"..
Forcing is "hey, why you not coming today?? Soccer?? Soccer or God more impt?? Soccer is temporary, God is eternal.. you want to think about it?? why must think?? What are your priorities?? Not coming?? You should go recheck your priorities.. "
I don't care if its a helper or a member, church shouldnt be forced.. Yes, its a member's responsibility to go church but at the same time, it shldnt be forced, its up to that certain individual on whether he is responsible enuf..

The Hand of God..
Caught Transformers yesterday with peng,nick and van.. Fantastically awesome! It had everything, humor, action and even romance.. Every part of it was good.. The main actor, the school boy, his face damm suit his role.. I wld watch the movie twice.. Which i prob am, cos gonna watch wif darling on thurs..
An update of the robbery thing..
Police from tampines and bedok branch have been calling me.. asking me to give them detailed description of the malays.. But like how?? They look the same la.. I even have some doubts if i can recognise the malay if i see them again.. One of them called and asked if they were the ones who always hang out downstairs my house, i dun even know cos i normally come home rather late.. Why me??? Hiaz..
I dun even feel safe when i walk home now.. Not safe at all.. after the movie, nick walked me back cos partly he wanteed to hear my story, den we sat at the void deck downstairs my place, talked awhile, and got this group of malays sitting right across us at the red pathway, i was telling nick, "eh, i cant ensure ur safety here, it cld be them, if they chiong over den its only u and me le, u better dun run w/o me..." Just seeing a grp of malay that sit a distance from us already made me nervous, hows that for a peaceful life..
And i know ppl ask me to come back home early and stuff, but i wld not have any life if i did come back early.. My friends only can come out at night.. Hp comes out of camp only in da evening, and just prata-ing wif him could end at 10 or 11plus.. Darling has school also till evening, after sending her home, i wld prob reach home ard same time.. So if i come home early at 8 or 9, i not life liao lo.. Just go work everyday den come home.. How can??
And Hp was just asking me on sat, what if the malays come when i wif darling.. I have to hold dem off while darling runs lo.. But if they are armed, den good game liao lo.. Every1 is also asking me why i never fight back or why i din do this and tat.. I could only say that when you are in the situation, den you will know why.. when u are up against so many ppl, could your mind really think that fast?? Would you really choose to fight back at losing odds?? or would you rather choose to run and win the battle?? I mean i think back and i also tot of diff ways to deal wif dem, i cld even trap them in da lift!! But at tat moment of time i only had one tot in mind, escape them.. Hence my actions, i din 1 2 fight a losing battle, at least i din suffer any injuries.. only a bruised thigh which doesnt even hurt anymore..
The other day, amanda leow was talking to me on msn saying that my place here alot of malay gangs, so better be careful, they will anyhow come find trouble.. And that if they want to find me, they will find a way one.. Her malay colleague told her tat when she worked at my hse shell station last time.. This plus a few weeks baack sum1 got stabbed at my hse basketball court area equals extra not safe for me..
Even police knows my here got alot of malays, they can identify so many grps that hangs around my void decks and the park.. They still can call me and ask if its the grp that hang out downstairs my hse.. My hse area is realy like a malay community.. And when i first reported police, they came up my place and after i describe to them their looks, they immediately go to the usual hangouts to find dem, and they even could find 2 suspects with my description easily at 11plus pm sumore.. imagine if i just said they were malays, they can easily go down and line up one whole platoon of malays already..
How now?? I fear for the worst and i really cant comfort myself in anyway.. Maybe ppl dunno how serious this thing is, maybe they think they wun come back n stuff, maybe they think i am gonna be perfectly okay.. But if u just stay my hse area for just one night, you will know how i feel.. Malays hanging out everywhere.. Even at 12am sumtimes u still can see some malays.. I just need God's protection.. Protect your son, father...
And guess what, i saw the uncle that left me to die twice yst! Once when i came back from work and another time when i going to catch the movie.. I gave him the stare, and he still could look back at me.. If i were him, i'd hang my head in shame and wun even look already.. What a barstard really.. I really want to say to him, if nxt time anything bad happen to u, you will know why it happened.. Nick ask me to tell him that if he got rob, i wun even help him if i were there.. But i not so barstard.. Just hope he enjoys his bad karma..
