7 hours of Uninterupted Rest

I will never underestimate the power of 7 hours of sleep.. If i have learnt anything useful in army, that would be it.. It is not only an important criteria for play sports but also for daily life.. Do you know having enough hours to sleep prevents you from gaining weight also?? Studies show that people who do not have enough sleep are likely to gain more weight than those who have enough..

And i can really tell the difference when i play soccer.. Just one week of lack of sleep, and i feel giddy when i start playing.. So no more late nights if im playing soccer the next morning.. I wld give timbre a miss on friday from now onwards..

And what a match!! OMG.. Man Utd.. 5 goals in one half.. What a comeback.. What a comeback.. I dun care what they say about the penalty.. It's true the Gomes touched the ball, but not from the ref's angle.. Sorry Spurs but this things happened.. But you cant fault Man Utd for the other 4 goals.. It was attacking football at its best..

This is what defines champions.. Never say die attitude..
