A mission to cut down weight.. I call it "Mission Jerry to cut down weight thou he is not very fat but he's just doing it for a healthy lifstyle"

okay.. kinda lazy to blog now since attachment is over.. But still found time to squeeze this entry in..

Just finish jogging at 2.11am.. WOOHOO!! I cant imagine i really did go down to jog..
There were like almost a 1001 reasons not to go down to jog...
The bed was calling me, the fact that sufficient sleep helps reduce weight, its way too troublesome to go down and jog, bla bla bla..
But in de end i did went down.. I had to train abit for da coming napha also.. I'll prob fail almost everything la.. SO unfit.. DARN!

Now i'm just cooling down.. blogging..

Was just talking to my chorus board member on sat, realise she was going for da standard chartered run.. I found out more from her that she can jog non stop for an hour!! WTH!! I cant even last 20mins now! She jogs 10km almost every other day.. AMAZING! U realise is a SHE sumore..

But i guess one of da reasons why she can jog so long is cos of her skinny frame.. U realise all long distance runners, like really really long distance runners are skinny.. Tats becos they weigh lesser and takes lesser energy than a plump person to run da same distance.. Tats why i cldnt last 20 mins! HA! So nxt time u run wif a plump guy, dun say he is slow or no stamina, he prob even use more energy than u use!
