Okay bad news.. Just receive a letter from TP abt the napha test that are available left.. The last one is on 15 feb.. Which is less than 2 months now.. They gave me the standards for male.. For males, all must aim for a silver at least to skip 2 months of NS.. A silver must have at least all D, not E at all! ANd totall must add up to 15points or more..
So this is whatt i'm aiming for..
1. Sit ups - 42=A, A=5points
2. Standing broad jump - 222cm=D, D=2points
3. Sit and reach - 45cm=B, B=4points
4. Pull Ups - 5=D, D=2points
5. Shuttle Run - 10.2sec=A, A=5points
6. 2.4 Run - 12min 30 secs=D, D=2points
Total points = 20points
Just came back from a 2.4 run.. Its quite close to 12mins 30sec.. prob 13mins.. Got to train more!! I'm really quite depressed wif pull ups.. Given my arm strength and body weight.. I'm a goner!! God help me la!
