Do i dare to win??

I was cheated.. I tot i was going back camp to train at 3pm.. Instead, Bravo v.s Charlie Battery was on.. Caught the later part of 1st half, and the whole 2nd half.. Final score, Bravo 1, Charlie 3.. After that match, we trained, but still cheated can! The team was called back to "study" the opponent.. WTH.. Think England call up, go anyhow see other ppl play.. Waste of my time..

Apparently during our battery leave, the other fixtures were played already.. HQ beat Bravo n Charlie.. And Charlie beat Bravo.. I learn all of these from my sgts, who were in camp while we on leave.. Like i said, HQ is damm strong, not surprising.. I am told they have this malay player who is damm good.. I believe he was the one who scored from half court during one of the fixtures.. And HQ thrashed Charlie 4-0 in the FIRST half only for charlie to fight back to 4-3.. Shocking also! haha.. HQ relac too much already i tink.. So HQ qualified for final already..

As for Bravo, i was shocked.. They are skilled.. Individually, they are more superior than Charlie.. But they dont have organisation n teamwork.. They pass the ball around well, but to no effect.. They dont convert their plays into goals.. But can say quite unlucky also.. The loss to Charlie was attributed to some silly mistakes.. Half time was 1-1, but the two second half goals were rather retarded if u asked me..

Charlie, i never tot they were THAT strong, but results prove that my judgement can be wrong sometimes.. Their play a direct long ball style and rely heavily on a their few key players.. And they are mentally very strong.. To come back from a 4-0 defeat to 4-3 is amazing.. Plus they din give up when they drew wif bravo 1-1..

So these was the before match analysis.. And i was "forced" to play Centre Back.. Cos they claimed they "needed" me there becos i was "stable" and that i do play Centre Back when i play field.. Fuck to that man.. it's just a matter of whether u want to defend.. Anyone can defend if they want to.. Many times people say they cant play defender cos they are too lazy to track back and mark the strikers.. All people wanna do is dribble, score goals, run upfield and dont come back.. not that i was damm good la.. I only played Centre Back twice on the field.. First was during Team Sexy, very long ago, partnered wif Jun Hsiang, and i played like shit.. Second was when i played wif John when we challenged Terence's SP friends.. And i din last one half cos i was injured.. So what experience are they talking about.. FUCK!! Obviously, being the only man among commanders in the soccer team, i cant really fight it, what's worse was that the "coach" was one of the JC sgts as well..

Training was retarded.. Attack vs Defence.. Attack consist of all the "old" sgts while the defence consist of all the "new" sgts.. When i say old, i meant the earlier batch of sgts that came in.. and new means the later batch.. The diff between those 2 batch is their age.. the earlier batch were from the JC batch who are one yr younger than i am, while the later one is from Poly batch, same age as me..

There is something about JC ppl that just pisses me off.. Maybe it's only wif my sgts, or maybe it's a nation wide trend, cos they seem to tink damm highly of themselves when they are not! Just like JC think they are smarter than Poly people.. Obviously the JC sgts played all attack cos they "dominated" the team wif their numbers, so it was like a "majority wins" kinda thing.. Or maybe they think their attack is superior to the other minorities.. Minorities would include men and poly sgts.. So they just throw all the unwanted defensive "sai kang" jobs for the minority to do.. Defensive work is sai kang what, if attack lose ball, defender must get it back n clear it so that attackers can attack again.. Den if attackers score, they get the fame n recognition while the defenders get nothing.. Sounds like army hierachy ah??

The worst thing, the attackers sucked big time!! Me, as a defender, still have to teach my sgt how to attack.. How pathetic is that?? I mean i'm not teaching some expert tactical shit, just simple things which he din even think of.. To think that they wanted to play soccer?? Damm.. My morale was at a all time low man.. The only positive i could bring out was that i was surrounded by my poly sgts in defence.. Something about poly people, that they can just click liddat, very relax n laid back.. They all like anything liddat, that's why when they were asked to play defenders, they anything, not so demanding like the JC batch.. So at least i got easy people to work with..

Den came match day.. I cldnt slp the night before man.. I slpt at like 9plus, woke up at 1am den cldnt slp till 3am.. Damm!!

First match, against Charlie.. Shall leave the match details out, cos it's hard and wld take a long time to describe the actions here..I only can express my "sianness" wif the team.. Cos easier to explain.. Final score 2-2.. We din deserve to draw.. Last minute fluke goal by charlie..

Nxt day, against Bravo.. Final score 0-0... I scream my lungs out at all the players.. Damm pek chek.. Alot of drama during this match.. Actually every match we played got drama.. hahaha..

Nxt week, against HQ.. The equation is simple, beat HQ and we are through to the finals to meet HQ again.. Draw or lose and we are out.. It is an almost impossible task to do, but we have full strength then.. And yes, we din have full strength for the previous two matches.. I believed we wld definitely win if we were at full strength.. We just make do with the players we had at our disposal.. So we'll just hope for the best..

Out of all these, my toes have really painful blisters, plus another really bad one at my heel, aching muscles, bruised knees and a "wasted" kind of feeling.. Cos we shld have been thru to the finals already.. Now i cant even walk properly la.. You know what is the best thing, i shouted at my sgts.. Imagine a man scolding the sgts.. U tot that wld only happen in Military Police.. But it happens on the soccer pitch as well!! haha!! Yea.. song song song..

Enjoy weekends!!
