This just in..

This just in, exercise maybe cause you to gain weight instead of losing!!!!

If you have the latest Times article like i have, go read the article "Why exercise won't make you thin"..

Sian, i depressed liao.. The sad truth is.... it's what you eat, not how hard you try to work it off, that matters more in losing weight. You should exercise to improve your health, but be warned: fiery spurts of vigorous exercise could lead to weight gain.

In a short summary, the article proves through some studies they did that exercising causes hunger.. And so after we exercise, we may eat more than we actually burn, thus not losing any weight.. It's more about willpower to control what you eat after you exercise..

Another interesting theory, self-control is a muscle.. Forcing yourself to go chiong 6km, could deplete that muscle and in return, unable to control an urge to eat more..

Sian.. Now how, brown cow?? Eat lesser meh?? SIAN!!
