NS

My first entry since entering NS.. Feels like a damm long time.. Where should i start..??? hmm..

Lets talk about training..

First week of training was from HELL!! I swear.. Compare my company's training to my friends', its realy from hell.. It wasnt progressive like they promised.. There's this 10 set of exercise called CPT 1.. And they made us do every exercise to perfection.. And being in the PTP batch, all of us were damm unfit, and it was hell for me.. That wasnt the end, after that was CPT 2.. Basically its doing doing exercises on the pull up bar.. And my body just couldnt cope.. My muscles were not aching, they were screaming in pain.. It was so bad that i couldnt even straighten my hand..

Other companies had it easier.. THey just started with CPT 1.. But for us, it was both CPT 1 & 2 together at once.. But at days go by, it was more manageable cos my body is more used to it.. But some times i really wished for a smaller body frame or maybe stronger limbs.. In NS, the difference between a skinny guy who is a zero fighter and a bigger size guy who is a zero fighter is quite big.. Btw, zero fighter means you can do 0 pull ups.. For a skinny guy, it is easier to train, cos after all his body is light, and you dont need that much muscles to pull up as compared to a bigger size guy.. So while some guys have broken the zero fighter, i still haven.. And training for me is like extra tough.. Push ups are more difficult, running is also more difficult.. But im just gonna endure throught it all, and try my best to lose weight.. So far i have lost 3kg already.. Not bad ah.. I have been cutting down on my meals inside NS.. Eat half of the rice that they serve.. DIscipline! WHISKEY!! haha

My commanders are very good.. Most slacked compared to the rest.. Also the most reasonable.. My bunk mates are excellent.. Lots of jokes.. But time really passes damm slow inside.. Everyday you just keep looking forward to the next day just to survive.. Like what my sergeant say, just finish the most siong training that day and then can liao.. Thats all im gonna update.. Maybe another time!
